The current line up is Robin Mathew-Vocals, Aveleon Vaz on the Drums, Adhir Ghosh on Guitars, Steve Peter on the Bass and Shiv Ahuja on Keyboards.
Five8 was created in the summer of 2005 in New Delhi. Beginning as a college band at Delhi University, Five8 performed extensively within the Indian college circuit, playing many college shows and competitions. With this impetus, the current line up decided to take the band forward professionally in 2008, writing and performing their own music, with influences ranging from glam rock to soul, progressive music to pop.
