Asha Bhosle and Sonu Nigam Set for Joint Dubai Concert This Month
The veteran singer and the prolific Indian film music voice takes place on Dec. 29, 2024

For the first time ever, legendary singer Asha Bhosle will share the stage with sublime singer Sonu Nigam at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai on Dec. 29, 2024 to bring in the new year with songs old and new for those attending in the United Arab Emirates.
Touted as their “first and final live performance,” the one-off concert will likely include film songs like “Bole Chudiyan,” “Kajra Mohabbat Wala,” “Radha Kaise Na Jale” and more between the two powerful voices. The concert, organized by live entertainment company PME Entertainment and presented by BNW Developments & Burj Mayfair Real Estate, will also include Bhosle’s granddaughter and singer Zanai Bhosle performing.
Bhosle says in a statement, “Sharing the stage with Sonu will be a wonderful experience and will create new memories in Dubai, likely for the first and last time. We hope to leave a lasting legacy for our audiences in the U.A.E. Coming from a world-class musical family, singing came naturally to me as music was so deeply ingrained in our lives. Now, I’m at a stage where I want the next generation to carry forward this art and continue entertaining audiences. Music flows through my veins, and performing on stage gives my life purpose. I hope we can bring that warmth and euphoria to the U.A.E. audience through our performance.”
Nigam added in his statement, “It is truly an honor to perform alongside a legend like Asha ji, who has changed the music culture of our country.
