The event will see a special performance of classical dance by Zanai Bhosle
Asha Bhosle is set to take center stage at her ASHA@90: Woh Phir Nahi Aate concert this month.
Being held at Jio World Garden BKC in Mumbai on March 9th, the extravaganza is set to mark the legendary singer’s eight decades of singing celebration.
According to the press release, the concert will “showcase classic Bollywood hits, soulful ghazals, and evergreen melodies that have left an indelible mark on music history.”
Joining the “Chura Liya Hai Tumne Jo Dil Ko” hitmaker will be singer Sudesh Bhosle and others.
The event will also see a special performance of classical dance by Asha Bhosle’s granddaughter, Zanai.
The event is being presented by Morya Entertainment and HSBC. The tickets are priced between Rs. 2,999 to Rs. 14,999.
“I can hardly contain my excitement as we eagerly await Asha ji’s mesmerizing concert in Jio World Garden BKC,” Vishal Gargote, the organizer and founder of Morya Entertainment, said in a statement. “Her unparalleled voice has the power to transcend time and culture, bringing joy and harmony to every corner of the world.”
He added, “In her 90 years, let her remember that her music isn’t just a collection of melodies; it’s a symphony of emotions that has touched hearts for decades.”
The profit share of this event will be dedicated to Child Development Foundation and Charitable Trust, a non-profit and non-governmental organization that undertakes various programs such as orphanages, education support, health and nutritional support for children, medical aid, senior citizen support, disaster management, and women empowerment initiatives.
