Acronym for Basic Love Of Things, B.L.O.T is an EDM duo compromising of Gaurav Malaker (DJ, Producer) and Avinash Kumar (Designer, Visual artist) whose tunes cover techno, tech house, nu-disco and experimental electronic music. Formed in 2007, their focus lies in creating a unique Clubland experience, performing music while altering the atmosphere of their performances.  Among India’s leading audiovisual collective, B.L.O.T’s performances are comparable to the likes of animated electronica band Gorillaz and Swedish EDM trio, Swedish House Mafia. B.L.O.T has performed around the country and curated the experimental stage at Sunburn Goa in 2010 and 2011. They have performed internationally as well, which includes renowned venues such as Tresor and Bar25 in Berlin several times, as well as at Berlin Music Week in 2010 and Geneva’ s Electron Festival in 2011. Their debut album SNAFU was released in 2012 accompanied by a 3D visual tour.
