India’s Mainstream and Indie Music Worlds Set to Gather at Bollywood Music Project 2023
The sixth edition is set to take place in Mumbai on November 3rd and 4th and includes the likes of Badshah, Dino James, Asees Kaur, Nucleya and Farhan Akhtar on the lineup
Everyone from hip-hop heavyweights to fusion stars, pop frontrunners, and more are taking the stage as part of a stacked lineup for the sixth edition of Bollywood Music Project, taking place on November 3rd and 4th at Jio World Garden in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
The two-day festival brings in headliners such as Vishal-Sheykhar, Badshah, Nucleya and Farhan Akhtar, plus singer-composers like Bismil, Asees Kaur, Benny Dayal, Suzonn, Madhur Sharma, Sushant Divgikr and more. Hip-hop artists on the billing include rapper Dino James, Talwiinder performing with producer NDS, The SpinDoctor, Srushti Tawade with producer and singer-songwriter Charan and more.
Over the years, if the Bollywood Music Project has proved anything through its programming, it’s that the lines between independent, alternative acts and mainstream stars are melting away. On the back of pulling major crowds from streaming platforms into their shows, the likes of singer-songwriter Anumita Nadesan, Osho Jain, Avanti Nagral and others will be performing at the festival as well.
Special collaborations are also in store for the festival, with pairings such as singer-composer Shashwat Singh and Nikhita Gandhi, Anusha Mani and Sangeet Haldipur, plus Nakash Aziz and Aparshakti Khurana. They’ll be seen alongside emerging indie acts like Sahana Naresh, Vicky & Tejas and Dikshant on the lineup.
Festival passes are currently priced at ₹2,500 for both days, while tickets for each day are priced at ₹1,699. Rolling Stone India is proud to join BMP as its official media partner.
