Casual Game of the Month: Puzzle Bots

Wadjet Eye Games/PC wadjeteyegames.com Rs 750

Put away all notions of a Transformers-like affair where this bite-sized download is concerned. Puzzle Bots doesn’t feature gigantic, hulking robots doing battle. Rather you control five miniature robots each with their own unique skills on their quest to rescue their inventors.

This isn’t a dramatic affair either, the game progresses as you solve puzzles with varying degrees of difficulty. The graphics rival most Nickelodeon cartoons and the sound effects are gorgeous. Along with this, the writing is witty and adorable at the same time given that the characters you control have absolutely no idea of how humans behave leading to some interesting scenarios.

At the moment Puzzle Bots is only available on the Wadjet Eye Games site but is definitely worth the price of admission in spite of the four to five hour gameplay time. A must for someone on the prowl for something that’s not Farmville or Mafia Wars.
