Belgium’s techno favorite Charlotte de Witte is coming back to India for a three-city tour this November as part of Sunburn Arena.
The “How You Move” artist and founder of record label and techno platform KNTXT will perform in Bengaluru on Nov. 22, in Delhi NCR on Nov. 23 and in Mumbai on Nov. 24, 2024. Previously de Witte made her way to India to headline Sunburn festival in Goa late last year.
Tickets for Sunburn Arena featuring Charlotte de Witte go live on Sept. 11, 2024 at 12 pm, exclusively on BookMyShow. According to the ticketing platform, prices start from ₹1,000 onwards for the shows in each city.
The DJ-producer said in a statement, “Returning to India for Sunburn Arena is like coming home. I can’t wait to bring my passion for techno to such an incredible crowd and create unforgettable memories together!”
De Witte has been on the rise since the release of her debut EP Weltschmerz in 2015. Known for songs like “Pria,” “Overdrive” “Doppler,” “Roar” and her chart-topping remix of the 1990 song “The Age of Love” (by Belgian electronic duo Age of Love) alongside her husband and fellow DJ, Enrico Sangiuliano.
Sunburn’s CEO Karan Singh adds in his statement, “We are ecstatic to bring Charlotte de Witte back to India. Her powerful sound and electrifying performances have always resonated with the Indian audience and built the underground techno scene, and we are certain that this tour will be another landmark event in the history of Sunburn Arena. Get ready for an immersive experience that will take you on a journey through the very best of techno!”
Sunburn Arena — the touring property of Sunburn festival — will host Norwegian electronic star Alan Walker for his biggest India tour yet in September and October this year. Earlier in the year, Canadian EDM veteran Deadmau5 was expected to perform a one-off show in Mumbai, which was canceled due to VIP movement in the city around the day of his concert in July.
