The year just got more metal. After Megadeth, Slayer, Gojira, Periphery and Wolf have confirmed to make this year the loudest India has ever had with upcoming gigs and festival slots –  Finnish death metal band Children Of Bodom will be headlining the three-day Kingfisher The Great Indian Octoberfest on the final day, October 14th, 2012 in Bengaluru.

The band were rumored to play at Live Earth in India in 2009 in Mumbai that got canceled owing to the terror attacks in the city. Children Of Bodom released their last studio album Relentless Reckless Forever in March, 2011. 

Tickets for the three-day festival are priced at Rs 2,726 for all three days and Rs 1,200 for one day. You can book your tickets here .
