Win free entry to the Rolling Stone Metal Awards this month
After a smashing series of pre-gigs across Jaipur, Delhi and Bengaluru, the grand finale of Rolling Stone Metal Awards 2015 will be held in Mumbai this month.
The award categories this year are Best Song, Best Album, Best Band, Best Guitarist, Best Bassist, Best Vocalist, Best Keyboardist, Best Emerging Artist and Best Album artwork. The winners will be chosen based on public voting and jury poll. The international jury includes SikTh guitarist and producer Dan Weller; Tim ”˜Ripper’ Owens, former vocalist to heavy metal bands such as Judas Priest and Iced Earth; Biff Byford, vocalist for the veteran English heavy metal band Saxon, Travis Ryan, the vocalist of death metal band Cattle Decapitation and Brett Bamberger, bassist from technical death metal band Revocation. Public voting closes on March 20th.
Mumbai metallers Demonic Resurrection [DR] have snagged eight nominations for their fourth album, The Demon King, while fellow Mumbai metallers, post-hardcore band Scribe weigh in with seven nominations for their long-awaited third album, Hail Mogambo.
Rolling Stone Metal Awards 2015 will be held on March 22nd at Blue Frog in Mumbai. Here’s how you can win yourself free entry to the loudest night of the year.
