The best of Indian indie is set to be on show on March 9th and 10th at Mumbai’s Roaring Farm as crowd-funded music festival Control ALT Delete (CAD) returns for its 11th edition.

Spread across five stages, the artists slated to perform at this year’s event include Mumbai neo-soul outfit Smalltalk, vocalist-guitarist Siddharth Basrur’s solo rock act Runt, psychedelic rockers Daira and rock/jazz/blues group Ladies Compartment among others. A host of singer-songwriters such as Raghav Meattle, Shubhangi Joshi, Taba Chake and more are also on the lineup.

For those who want their fill of metal, CAD offers a bunch of brutal acts for your mosh pit needs. Catch Mumbai-based death grind metallers Gutslit, progressive metal band Eccentric Pendulum and Bengaluru thrash metal group Inner Sanctum make the loud louder at the Survive This stage. Representing the hip-hop contingent at the festival are crews like Swadesi, 7Bantai’Z and Dopeadelicz. Electronica performances are left in the capable hands of New Delhi electro rock duo FuzzCulture, Mumbai producer Cowboy and Sailor Man, DJ Malfnktion and more.

This year also experience camping at CAD for the first time. Festival organizers, event agency 4/4 Entertainment, are offering attendees a tent for two at ₹5000 and festival goers can also pitch their own tent at ₹3000 for two people. For both sets of tents, the festival is also providing functional washrooms at the venue–shower tents, hand wash and toilet rolls will be available at the campsite. Also campers will have access to the 24/7 baggage counter, charging points, camp site activities, chill out zone and games.
