The tour will make stops in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chandigarh, and Delhi
Vivian Wilson Fernandes, aka DIVINE, has announced a six-city India tour.
On Monday (January 29), the 33-year-old rapper announced his “Divine Time” India tour, which kicks off in Mumbai on March 1.
The tour will make stops in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chandigarh, and Delhi.
This announcement comes a week after the Baazigar rapper released his much-anticipated new single, “100 Million”, in collaboration with Karan Aujla.
The description for the song says, “‘100 Million’ is an ode to the unparalleled success achieved by DIVINE and Karan Aujla.
“This track not only celebrates their achievements but also stands as an anthem, for those with grand dreams. As they savor the fruits of their labor, the artists reflect on the enduring habits that propelled them to the pinnacle. Fueled by explosive bars and bravado, this track marks the inception of a collaborative project between the two industry titans.”
In a statement, Aujla said, “This is an exciting time for the Indian music scene and it was cool working with DIVINE on this song and project that shows our journey and growth as artists over the years.
He added, “DIVINE is crazy talented and I’m really happy with what we made when we linked up. It’s my gift to all my fans on my birthday, who have always been with me from the start.”
DIVINE issued a statement of his own, saying, “Karan is amongst the most talented songwriters and artists of our generation and we really hit it off creatively when we met in the studio. We both share similarities in our journeys growing up and coming up, this one’s for the streets and for our fans! Rupan Bal and his team did an incredible job on the video, much love to them!”
Fans can register for the “Divine Time” tour tickets via Zomato Live.
