Dream Note Will Release Five-Track Mini-Album ‘Jaadugari’ After 14-City India Tour

Jaipur duo Dream Note—comprising producer Taresh Agarwal and songwriter Gaurav Tiwari—will release their new mini-album Jaadugari on Aug. 29, after they wrap up a 14-city India tour.

While their Waqt Ki Baatein tour was announced earlier this month, Jaadugari will mark the first new music from Dream Note this year, following their 2024 singles like “Jaana” and “Kinaare” with pop artist Shreya Jain.

The duo say in a statement about new music, “Jaadugari truly lives up to its name. It is a collection of five heartfelt songs that came together almost effortlessly, like magic unfolding in real time. Unlike our previous work, where the process often felt long and exhausting, this mini-album felt different. The songs flowed naturally, no overthinking or creative blocks, just honest expression. It is our best work yet, and we are very proud of what we have created.”

Comprising tracks like “Sehar,” “Pyaar Kaafi Nahi,” “Sab Sahi,” “Kaun Poochega” and “Tu Dekhe Kya,” Dream Note say each track delves into distinct emotions, exploring love, longing, moments of quiet joy and reflection.” The duo says, “The production is intentionally minimal, allowing the soul of the music and poetry to shine through. It’s less about complexity and more about connection with self.”

The mini album was titled Jaadugari to reflect the serendipitous effortlessness that Dream Note felt while making these new songs. “Unlike our earlier projects where we spent months fine-tuning and arguing over every detail, every song [on Jaadugari] came straight from the heart, and that ease, that purity, felt nothing short of magical. It’s a reminder that sometimes the most powerful art is born not out of struggle, but surrender,” the duo say.

Dream Note’s last EP was Dhun in 2022, which gave them hits like “Kahaani,” and their debut EP Girgit Damroo and the Good Trip was released in 2020. The duo promise new and old songs while on tour, which kicks off on July 11 in Bengaluru and ends in Ajmer on Aug. 24, 2025. Supported by singer-songwriter Abhishek Gaur, Dream Note will hit up 14 cities in the span of just over a month.
