Electronica Project ViceVersa Return To Stage With Brand New Tunes

P Man’s collaborative electronica project with producer Manas Ulhas performs this Sunday, releases new track

Jun 08, 2012

ViceVersa, Mumbai-based metal head Rohit P Man Pereira’s collaborative project with electronica producer Manas Ullas from Bengaluru, was last seen on stage three months ago at the South Mumbai club Blue Frog. The duo, who set up ViceVersa in 2011, experiment with a wide range of genres including dubstep, drum n’ bass, breakbeat, rock n’ roll and hip-hop and impressed audiences with tracks from their self-titled debut album that released earlier this year.

Their debut album with tracks such as “Some Action” featuring Sidd Coutto of Tough on Tobacco and “Bad Samurai” featuring Siddharth Basrur of Goddess Gagged has already picked up fans and ViceVersa have begun work on their second release. “We’ve got Sidd Coutto to do another song with us and are waiting to finalize the tracks,” says P-Man. Slated to release in August, the album is being produced by Ayan De.

Although they haven’t been gigging recently, ViceVersa hopes that new tunes and collaborations with various artists will put them right back on track when they take to stage this weekend.

ViceVersa will perform on

June 10th, High Spirits, Pune, Entry Rs 600

June 16th, Live From The Console, Mehboob Studio, Mumbai, Entry Rs 150
