South Korea’s legendary hip-hop and R&B trio Epik High have unveiled the titled of their brand new album. Named Strawberry, the upcoming record is scheduled to release on February 1st, 6 PM KST (2:30 PM IST.)
The band also revealed the album artwork for the record which features an illustration of a snow-covered pink car with flowers taped on the hood.
Rapper Tablo tweeted the image and date out after confirming on January 10th that Epik High are currently working on a new album. The trio also recently added more dates to their 2023 ‘All Time High’ tour which will span cities in Europe, the UK and North America and begins on February 6th.
Strawberry follows Epik High’s 10th studio album Epik High Is Here which was released in two parts over 2021 and 2022. Epik High Is Here, Part 1 dropped in January 2021 and featured several prominent collaborators including CL, Zico, B.I, Code Kunst, and G.Soul. Epik High Is Here, Part 2 dropped in February 2022 and included another star-studded roster of collaborators like Younha, pH-1, Giriboy, JUSTHIS and more. Both parts of the album have featured on Rolling Stone India‘s Best Korean Hip-Hop and R&B Albums lists for 2021 and 2022.
