Raghu Dixit and Suhail Yusuf Khan jam on a song
All this week, the people of Edinburgh in Scotland have been getting a soinc cultural experience courtesy Indian folk rocker Raghu Dixit and sarangi player Suhail Yusuf Khan. The two Indian musicians have been traveling across the city, playing at the recently concluded TED Conference and collaborating with local musicians from the country - as part of the Dewarists Sessions.
We caught the two musicians backstage working on a new melody that they will be performing tomorrow at their collaborative concert at The Caves, Edinburgh. Members of the Raghu Dixit Project, Scottish Singer/songwriter King Creosote, Scottish band The Pictish Trail and folk musician James Yorkston are also seen jamming together.
