Mumbai-based singer-songwriter Aaryan Banthia today released his third single of the year in the shape of the acoustic leaning “Paar.”

According to the artist, the new track is a song for all times and not just the current scenario of the pandemic. He says, “It is a musical message that conveys how we overcome battles or hurdles in our day to day lives.” As the pandemic threw numerous challenges and disruptions, Banthia decided to pen his thoughts about it in the song.

The singer-songwriter says, “There is so much struggle that the daily wage earners are going through these days. Even the LGBTQ community continues to deal with so much inequality and injustice.” He adds, “There is also the struggle faced by people without a job. ‘Paar’ touches upon all their battles and the music video shows all of that.”

Banthia is hopeful that the song motivates people to regroup and take on challenges strongly. “A true fighter doesn’t give up and always wins,” he says. “Paar” was recorded at the musician’s label TBGC Records’ studio in Kolkata. While the singer-songwriter produced the song it was mixed by Sayan Ghosh and mastered by New York-based Greg Calbi from Sterling Sounds.
