After Ziro, an unexplored town of Arunachal Pradesh, it is now the turn of Dambuk, yet another village in the state that has been chosen to host a music festival, to place the north east on the music map.

The festival, which is slated to be held at an orange orchard, will be put together by the team responsible for the Ziro Festival of Music. Speaking about the festival, organizer Bobby Hano says that while there are similarities between Ziro Festival of Music and Orange Festival, each one is distinct.  Says Hano, “It’s about jamming, cultural dances,  and elephant rides. It’s about the poetry of Dambuk.” Orange Festival will also include other activities such as river rafting and jungle safaris.
