CONTRA – “Rain” 

Mumbai-based rock outfit CONTRA storms onto the indie scene with their debut single “Rain,” a haunting exploration of emotional numbness and desolation. Produced by Siddharth Basrur, the song’s heavy grunge sound plunges listeners into darkness, culminating in the chorus “colors I feel no more” echoing desperation. Vocalist Manas Jha describes it as a visceral journey through grief, where even the simplest pleasures fade into oblivion. CONTRA sets the stage for their upcoming EP.
