Shama – Blowing Sage

Shama’s music draws influence from artists such as Erykah Badu and SZA. Thematically, the EP delves into post-breakup clarity with tracks like “E D R” and “4U,” blending soulful harmonies with bold lyricism over chill pop/R&B beats.
Saadhya – “self imposed sadness”
Mumbai-based 16-year-old singer-songwriter Saadhya Madiman – who goes by her first name — captivates with her just-released debut single “self imposed sadness.” Infused with raw emotion, the song delves into the complexities of feeling trapped in life’s struggles, grappling with both physical and emotional pain. Saadhya’s acoustic-focused style, influenced by rock, pop, jazz, and indie, lends authenticity to her introspective lyrics. With a mature perspective on themes like love, heartbreak, and self-discovery, she offers listeners a glimpse into the beautiful yet tumultuous journey of youth.
