Dhruv Kapoor – Khoya Khoya

Earlier this month, New Delhi singer-songwriter Dhruv Kapoor released his new four-track Hindi EP entitled Khoya Khoya. The record – released via Saregama Music’s indie division – includes warm acoustic instrumentation, poignant songwriting as well as Kapoor’s timber voice. The artist said in a statement, “This EP is a story about two people who live through their entire relationship in 12 minutes. As the EP progresses, they fall deeper in love, and eventually fall apart. It is beautifully romantic, yet inconceivably sad.”

Madhav Khanna – “Khud Se”

New Delhi singer-songwriter Madhav Khanna’s flavorful new single “Khud Se” is an amalgamation of acoustic pop-rock, reggae, funk as well as soul. The musician showcases his diverse artistry through the two-minute track while also highlighting his vocal chops and slick songwriting. He said in a statement, “The song is about someone questioning themselves as to why they are so dependent on what others say and their opinions. About how and why they never really give any weightage to their opinions and rely on external validation for everything.”
