Get Ready For Rolling Stone Metal Awards Next Month

We’re just a few days away from closing entries for the sixth edition of the Rolling Stone Metal Awards and there’s good news for metalheads ”“ RSMA will return earlier than usual this year, on Sunday, March 22nd, at Mumbai venue Blue Frog.

In addition to giving away awards in categories such as the big three of Best Band, Best Song and Best Album, among seven other categories, Blue Frog will host four bands that represent the best of Indian metal, raising hell and showcasing new material. This year, we’re also hosting RSMA pre-gigs in Bengaluru and Delhi in March. Past performances at RSMA include extreme metallers Demonic Resurrection, Delhi tech/groove metal band Undying Inc, the live debut of instrumental metal act Pangea and, in 2014, the Mumbai debut of Bengaluru folk metal band The Down Troddence.

If your band has released an EP, album or single between April 1st, 2014 and December 31st, 2014, there’s still time until February 7th to send in your entries for the Metal Awards.
