Gunna is nearly ready to unleash his forthcoming studio album One of Wun — but he won’t say when it’s coming. The rapper shared the title of the record on Monday and unveiled its accompanying cover art, created by the visual artist Calvin Clausell Jr. In the image, Gunna’s face is concealed beneath a mess of blue and white flower petals.

While the project doesn’t yet have an official release date, it will likely arrive just in time for Gunna to kick off The Bittersweet Tour with Flo Milli in May. One of Wun will mark his first full-length release since last year’s A Gift & A Curse. Earlier this year, Gunna returned with the singles “Bittersweet” and “Prada Dem” featuring Offset. His previous album didn’t feature any guest appearances.

Alongside the album announcement, Gunna shared the official performance visual for “Bittersweet.” Directed by Leff, the video captures the artist in a wide range of close-up shots, lingering on the details of his black leather outfit and his mouth as he’s rapping.

The reflective new single looks back on Gunna’s interpersonal relationships and extracurricular activities. “Careful with your choices ’cause you can’t make it twice/Money don’t uphold so much that we sacrifice/Life a rollercoaster, turns go low and back high/My day’s been a blur, can’t get the dirt out my eyes,” he raps. “Ran through a whole dub, this round, I’m keeping it tight/Praying more on my knees at night, I’m tryna get right/Times it don’t feel even, but I still gotta stride/Living through the seasons ’til the day that we die.”

Earlier this year, Gunna appeared alongside Skillibeng on the Tyla single “Jump.”
