Guns N’ Roses India Tour: Venues Announced

Venues confirmed in Bengaluru and Mumbai

Published by

Guns N’ Roses coming to India has been long anticipated, ever since 2009, to be precise. But this time around, the famed American rock band are being brought down by Mooz Entertainment, who were also responsible for bringing down nu-metal band Korn in September this year.

Mooz Entertainment confirmed that the Guns N’ Roses three-city tour will see frontman Axl Rose, lead guitarist DJ Ashba, keyboardist Dizzy Reed and the rest of the eight-piece band play at Bharatiya City in Bengaluru on December 7th, MMRDA  Grounds in Mumbai on December 9th and Leisure Valley Grounds in Gurgaon on December 12th. Tickets are available for purchase for Rs 1,500, Rs 3,000 and Rs 10,000

Considering the amount of promise [and subsequent disappointment] that followed the timeline of their last tour announcement and cancellation, GN’R will need to deliver a pretty solid show to win over fans. Mooz Entertainment’s venture with Korn was only half a success, with the nu-metal band’s Mumbai gig being called off due to “incessant rains.”
