Harley Rock Riders VI Lineup Announced

Headliners include American thrash metal band Megadeth and reggae act The Wailers. The two-day festival will also feature Mumbai-based metal outfit Bhayanak Maut and prog rockers Coshish

In the sixth edition of the motorcycle and music series, Harley Rock Riders is bringing American thrash metal pioneers Megadeth and reggae act Wailers to Mumbai to headline the two-day festival on October 30th and 31st. Apart from taking stage at Richardson and Cruddas, Megadeth will be returning to India for the fourth time to play the Shillong and Kolkata editions of NH7 Weekender in October.

The Wailers, on the other hand, who made their way to Colombo in Sri Lanka earlier this year, make their debut in India with three shows including NH7 Weekender and Harley Rock Riders VI. Originally known as Bob Marley and The Wailers, the Jamaican reggae act have continued to perform after Marley’s death in 1981.

Returning to play Harley Rock Riders are the likes of hardcore band Scribe, punk rockers The Lightyears Explode, while first-timers in the lineup include metallers Bhayanak Maut,  Bengaluru folk metal band The Down Troddence, prog rock act Coshish, extreme metallers Demonic Resurrection and Delhi-based math rock band Kraken, who won the Find Your Freedom band competition at last year’s edition, among others.
