Hear Ayushmann Khurrana Recite Poetry During His Rolling Stone India Cover Shoot

The actor and musician treated our team to a little bit of whimsical poetry during the September 2019 cover shoot

Actor, musician and Rolling Stone India cover star Ayushmann Khurrana treated our team to a little bit of heartfelt poetry during the shoot for our September 2019 issue. It’s a Hindi poem Khurrana had posted on his Instagram account on August 10th, a day after the 66th national awards were announced and right after he’d won the best actor title for his film Andhadhun.

Ever charming and thoughtful, the actor contemplates his struggles, hard work and eventual rise to success.

“I have stumbled and fallen
And risen and fallen
I have walked my share and I have grown wings too
My struggles have been my biggest reward
My struggles have claimed a National Award”

– Ayushmann Khurrana
