After countless mash-ups linking both artists together, Dua Lipa and Megan Thee Stallion come together for what’s sure to be a massive radio and streaming hit with “Sweetest Pie.” This week also new releases from Lil Durk featuring Future on “Petty Too,” Imagine Dragons are back with “Bones,” not a cover of the Maren Morris hit, who incidentally releases her latest single “Nervous.” While these tracks are likely to make a dent on the charts, here are this week’s Hits Of Tomorrow and the should-be hits!

“Open A Window” – Rex Orange County, Tyler The Creator

British singer-songwriter Alexander James O’Connor aka Rex Orange County releases his fourth album “Who Cares?” and the single “Open A Window” is one of several standout tracks from the album. The track featuring Tyler The Creator is a quintessential collab between the two artists who’ve been musically linked since Tyler’s album “Flower Boy.” Here the bedroom pop singer infuses a bit of jazz, a bit of hip-hop but mostly some straight up soul making the song the perfect fit for radio, if they give the song and the artist a chance.

“My Love” – Florence + The Machine

Over the years, Florence Welch has sporadically been part of the dance world, most notably when she joined hands with Calvin Harris on the epic “Sweet Nothing.” Previewing her band’s upcoming 5th album “Dance Fever” is “My Love,” quite possibly the most straightforward pop track the artist has ever released. The dancefloor-ready track is of course highlighted by Welch’s most distinct vocals but it feels good nearly a decade after she had us all moving with Harris that she’s at it again and we can’t simply wait now for the album to drop in May!

“Synchronize” – Milky Chance

German rock band Milky Chance have come a long way from their debut single “Stolen Dance,” which became a worldwide hit and still gets airplay. “Synchronize” quite possibly may be the first single the band has released since their debut that has the potential to not just match up to but perhaps even go up on the love they accumulated for that hit. While last year’s “Colorado” was a welcome return, this is the track that’s likely to get Milky Chance back to the top of the charts. And the video! Perfection.

“Escape” – Kx5 (Kaskade x deadmau5), Hayla

While Kaskade and deadmau5 have come together before several times including their most memorable collaboration on 2008’s classic “I Remember,” the two superstar DJs join hands again now listed under the moniker of Kx5 to bring out the single “Escape” featuring Hayla on vocals. The song is as haunting as any and all of their collabs over the years. There’s no doubt this is a dance chart smash but if there’s any justice the single will crossover like their first collaboration did and become a Top 40 staple.

“Church” – Mariah The Scientist

Mariah The Scientist hasn’t had the breakthrough yet she technically should have already had. Signed to Tory Lanez’s label, she’s two albums in and has collaborated with likes of everyone from Lanez himself to Lil Baby and Young Thug. Perhaps the missing ingredient so far was Mariah herself who seemed unable to accurately reflect her identity through her music. “Church” changes all of that. This is an all-around winner and the artist finds her inner SZA but meets Jazmine Sullivan along the way to give us her own special kind of vibe. Radio should not ignore her anymore.

“Personal Message” – Melody’s Echo Chamber

French singer-songwriter Melody Prochet aka Melody’s Echo Chamber delivers the most beautiful track with her very personal “Personal Message.” The track was inspired “by a place I lived by the sea in the south of France. When something disenchanting happened, I would take refuge near my house on the peninsula under the pines, a natural sanctuary where I sent wishes to the shore, I was soothed by its beauty” she tweeted upon releasing the track. As listeners, it is more than evident this feeling is reflected in the summery vibe on display here giving us a Sufjan Stevens meets psychedelica vibe that is pure gold.

On the cusp

“It Gets Dark” – Sigrid

“Real” – ASTN

“All I Ever Asked” – Rachel Chinouriri

“Pressure” – April
