Ikka’s New Album, Sachet-Parampara, Jubin Nautiyal, 100RBH EPs Coming Up Via T-Series

The major label is planning a “monthly album and EP drop” through 2024, including music from Faridkot, Neha Kakkar, Tanishk Bagchi, Vasu Kainth, Garvit-Priyansh, plus 'MTV Hustle' graduates Rap ID, Bassick and Lekhak, among others

New Delhi hip-hop artist Ikka’s upcoming album, singer-songwriter duo Garvit-Priyansh’s upcoming EP Lafz and more are part of new releases announced by majorT-Series.

As part of their plans for 2024, T-Series says it will release albums and EPs every month alongside singles – with the artists ranging from pop to hip-hop and everything mainstream. Star artists with EPs and albums coming up include Sonu Nigam, Guru Randhawa, Vishal Mishra, Amaal Mallik, Neha Kakkar, Mithoon, Sachet-Parampara, Rochak Kohli, Tanishk Bagchi, Javed-Mohsin, Laqshay Kapoor, Jaani, folk artist Bhupinder Babbal and more, while Ikka’s forthcoming album is slated to include collaborations with Diljit Dosanjh, Badshah and Karan Aujla.

Singers Tulsi Kumar, Raghav Chaitanya, Zahrah S. Khan, Manan Bhardwaj and pop-rock band Faridkot are also those enlisted to release new music in the coming months. Acclaimed lyricists Amitabh Bhattacharya, Kumaar and Irshad Kamil are also a part of the roster. T-Series had also previously partnered with hip-hop talent show MTV Hustle 03 REPRESENT to release songs by rappers on the show. Now, thewill also release new music by the likes of Amravati rapper 100RBH, Solan-origin Rap ID, Bundelkhand region’s Bassick and New Delhi-based Lekhak.

Next week, on April 9th, Garvit-Priyansh – who were among the rising singer-songwriters signed to thein January – will release their debut EP Lafz via T-Series. The duo said in a statement, “We are absolutely grateful and honored to be signed by T-Series. It like a dream come true to be releasing our first EP with such an esteemed label. Lafz is not just an EP; it’s a culmination of our shared passion and dedication to creating music that speaks to the soul. We really hope that the listeners connect to the songs and love them as much as we do.”

Other indie singer-songwriters releasing music include Vasu Kainth, Shivam Shrivastava, Parth Srivastava and Samarth Swarup.

T-Series chairman and managing director Bhushan Kumar said in a statement, “With the monthly release of EPs and Albums spanning different genres, we aim to cater to the diverse tastes of our audience while showcasing the incredible talent within our roster. From indie sensations to commercial chart-toppers and rap geniuses, we have something special in store for everyone.”
