Imogen Heap to Play NH7 Weekender This November

Grammy Award-winning artist Imogen Heap, who is currently in India,  is set to come back and tour the country in November. While Heap confirmed that she will be playing at the second edition of the Bacardi NH7 Weekender slated for November, she is unsure about the tour dates ”“ suggesting playing major cities like Delhi and Mumbai ”“ as they have not been confirmed yet.

Heap is in the country to pursue a song-collaboration with the Bollywood duo of Vishal-Shekhar. The track which is inspired by Rabindranath Tagore’s famous poem ”˜Where the Mind is Without Fear’ is titled ”˜Mind Without Fear’. She recorded the song with Vishal Dadlani in Jaipur, the filming of which will feature as one of the episodes on The Dewarists – an online music-travel documentary show to be presented by Dewar’s. The Dewarists will feature collaborations between musicians whose stories inspire others.  ”˜Mind Without Fear’ will also be released as part of her latest concept album which Heap has been serving piece meal to listeners, releasing one song every three months.
