His second release Mr A-Z may not have lived upto expectations, but the third album We Sing, We Dance, We Steal Things is a breezy set of songs that don’t let go easily.

”˜I’m Yours,’ where Mraz meets Marley driving the track all along with a happy riff riot on the acoustic guitar and some clever lines is easily the winner. ”˜Lucky’ the duet with good friend and pop princess Colbie Caillat comes a close second but don’t expect a Kid Rock-Sheryl Crowish ”˜Picture’ from this collaboration ”“ it’s strictly pop.

But what’s nice about this surfer dude is that he likes to experiment a whole lot which is why you’d hear a distinct Jacko influence in the disco rave ”˜Butterfly’ switching back to a his sunshine trip in ”˜Live High’ but all of them crafted in a most original manner. ”˜Live High’ could be a classier version of ”˜Feel’ but without the sop OD that Robbie Williams brought to the song. Mraz effortlessly switches to R&B in ”˜The Dynamo of Volition’ which should shoot up charts soon and could do with a mix or two for the dance floor.
