Indo-British pop star Jay Sean returns to India as headliner for the second edition of beauty festival Nykaaland, taking place between Oct. 25 and 27 at Mahalaxmi Racecourse in Mumbai.

The three-day event, described as “beauty’s biggest playground,” will feature music duo OAFF and Savera, plus electronic artists like GauriWho, Gurbax, Lynston and a DJ set by pop artist Kayan. In all, Nykaaland 2.0 promises “over 12 hours of nonstop music performances,” according to a press release.

Jay Sean says in a statement, “I’m absolutely stoked to be back in India – honestly, every time I come here, it feels like a homecoming! Performing at Nykaaland is going to be something special, and I know it’s one of the biggest pop culture events around. Mumbai, you always bring that next-level energy, and I’m ready to match it! From the moment I step on stage, we’re going to turn it all the way up. Can’t wait to vibe with everyone and trust me, this is gonna be one night you won’t forget!”

GauriWho shared in her statement, “Being a fan of everything beauty and self-care, I am very excited to bring the party to the most awaited event of the year, Nykaaland. Looking forward to seeing all the happy faces in the crowd, celebrating the spirit of unapologetic self-expression and togetherness that knows no bounds.”

Gurbax added in his statement, “Super stoked to perform at Nykaaland this year! This is my firs performance in Mumbai since my new EP [Cold Brew] has released so it’s gonna be a super special show with some surprises!” The EP has so far spawned breakout songs like “Hitchki” featuring vocalist Chitralekha Sen.

OAFF and Savera say in a joint statement that they’re excited about playing on home ground in Mumbai. “There’s something special about playing for a home audience, and we can’t wait to bring the energy and share this experience with everyone here,” the duo says.

Lynston D’Souza, who also DJs under the moniker Blurry Slur, added in his statement, “Heard only nice things about Nykaaland, but it will be my first time attending and performing here! Very excited to be a part of this very well curated weekend.”

While the music lineup is an added element to the Nykaaland 2.0 experience, the festival’s main draw remains the makeup lineup that includes artists such as Sofia Tilbury and Patrick Ta offering masterclasses. The event is co-produced by beauty and lifestyle company Nykaa and BookMyShow Live, the live entertainment experiential division of BookMyShow.

General admission season passes for Nykaaland 2.0 are currently priced at ₹1,500, with each masterclass ticket for Tilbury and Ta at ₹12,500. Day passes are priced at ₹750 per day.
