Joe Satriani, Hiatus Kaiyote to Headline Bacardi NH7 Weekender Pune 2018

The annual music festival’s ninth edition announced international and Indian artists for their lineup yesterday

Bacardi NH7 Weekender Pune has managed to cover all genres with their 2018 lineup. The annual music festival announced headliners that include everyone from American guitar virtuoso Joe Satriani, who last performed in India in 2005 to Australian soul quarter Hiatus Kaiyote to French multi-instrumentalist FKJ. The lineup, which was revealed yesterday also includes familiar names from the indie scene such as New Delhi electronica artist Dualist Inquiry, Mumbai bass prodigy Mohini Dey and Hindi rock outfit The Local Train.

 

Other big draws include American prog metal band The Contortionist, Irish post-rocker’s God Is An Astronaut, Australian instrumental rock group sleepmakeswaves and more.

The Pune edition of the festival is slated to take place from December 7th-9th. Stay tuned for updates on the Meghalaya edition which is scheduled for November 2nd-3rd.
