Stays warm and dry in the raining city, walks through a snowy forest
In his new video for “Queen Of California,” John Mayer stays warm and dry in a soaked city and white-capped forest, finds peace and jams out with his band. Mayer walks through the rainy streets, ambles through the evergreens, and stops backstage on a photography and film set before meeting up with his band for a studio jam session. After grooving out with his friends for a bit, Mayer heads back into a snowy forest and returns to the city in the midst of a parade, before reuniting with his band in a bright, lush arboreal scene. But it’s not all natural ”“ as the camera pans out, Mayer and his guitar are front and center on a film set.
“Queen Of California” is on Mayer’s latest album, Born and Raised.
