Last October, American singer-songwriter John Mayer debuted a brand new song at the iHeartRadio Theater in California called “I Guess I Just Feel Like.” At the time Mayer stated that he penned the track only a few moments before coming out to perform.
Earlier today, the singer-songwriter dropped the studio version of the song – his first piece of new music since last year’s “New Light.” “I Guess I Just Feel Like” is an acoustic ballad which features bold and poignant lyrics, melancholic vocal delivery by Mayer and a controlled guitar solo during the song’s outro.
This past January, Mayer announced a solo U.S. summer tour which kicks off in July and goes on all the way through till September.
