Joining Smith at the top of the bill is National Award-winning composer Amit Trivedi
Grammy-nominated British singer-songwriter Jorja Smith is set to headline the 15th edition of NH7 Weekender, marking her India debut at the iconic music festival.
Scheduled for December 14-15, 2024, at Teerth Fields in Pune, Smith will perform some of her biggest hits, including tracks from her critically acclaimed album Falling or Flying, which recently won the Best Independent Album award at the AIM Awards.
Joining Smith at the top of the bill is National Award-winning composer Amit Trivedi, who is making a return to NH7 Weekender a decade after his first live performance at the festival.
The 2024 edition of NH7 Weekender will also feature Indian pop sensation King, whose collaborations with global artists like Nick Jonas and Jason Derulo have cemented his growing international fame, and rapper Raftaar, making his much-anticipated debut at the festival.
This year’s lineup boasts over 30 artists, blending homegrown and international talent across genres from pop and electronic to hip-hop and rock. Indian pop legend Usha Uthup, celebrated for her decades-spanning career and multilingual performances, will also take the stage. Other international debuts include DJ Craze, Australia’s Oliver Cronin, and multi-instrumentalist Youngr, known for his viral live-looping performances.
Akshat Rathee, Co-Founder and MD of NODWIN Gaming, expressed his excitement for the festival’s new chapter, saying, “This year’s lineup is a tribute to the rising power of Indian musicians while also embracing global artistry. From Grammy-nominated artists like Jorja Smith to Indian music legends like Usha Uthup, the 15th edition promises to deliver something for everyone.”
With the theme “Welcome to Your Happy,” NH7 Weekender 2024 promises fans a weekend filled with unforgettable musical moments as it celebrates its 15th anniversary.
