BTS’ Jung Kook has revealed the track list for his highly-anticipated debut solo album Golden, with the LP featuring previously announced guests Jack Harlow and Latto along with Major Lazer and DJ Snake.
The 11-song Golden, due out November 3, boasts the singles “3D” with Jack Harlow and both a clean and explicit version of the Latto-featuring track “Seven.” Major Lazer appear on “Closer to You,” while DJ Snake produces and features on “Please Don’t Change.”
Additionally, the song “Standing Next to You” — co-produced by Andrew Watt and Cirkut — has been branded Golden’s “main track.”
Elsewhere in the track list shared by Big Hit, Ed Sheeran has a co-writing credit on “Yes or No” alongside Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid, while songwriter David Stewart — one of the architects of the BTS hit “Dynamite” — contributes two somber-sounding tracks, “Shot Glass of Tears” and “Too Sad to Dance.”
“Golden takes its motif from the golden moments of Jung Kook as a solo artist. Known as the ‘Golden Maknae’ (‘golden youngest’ in Korean) of BTS, Jung Kook is set to unveil a new release with his unique timbre that will captivate listeners worldwide,” Big Hit Music previously said in a press release.
Following Golden’s release, Jung Kook will stage his first-ever solo concert — not counting festival appearances — when he performs at Seoul, South Korea’s Jangchung Arena on November 20.
