Justin Bieber Sips Guinness Solo at a Scottish Bar in ‘Bad Honey’ Video

The manager of the bar where Bieber filmed the video called him “lovely,” and shared that the singer “chatted to the bar staff like we were actually people”

Justin Bieber doesn’t need a packed room to have a good time. On Tuesday, the musician released the video for Swag II standout “Bad Honey,” which follows the star dancing around and sipping on a Guinness from inside a mostly empty Dundee pub in Scotland.

The Rory Kramer‬-directed video alternates between shots of Bieber dancing through various corners of the bar, dressed casually in matching sweats, a hoodie, and a green beanie.

“And if you’re mad, honey, won’t you say something to me?/We could dance, honey, we could make this a scene,” sings Bieber before the catchy chorus: “But anyway/I want you to stay.”

Bieber filmed the video at a bar called Bird and Bear in Dundee during a trip to Scotland. “It was just a standard Saturday night, and then he waltzes in with three or four people. He put his speaker on, set the place up, put a couple of lights on, and then he just started filming,” bar manager Rae Wright told BBC.

Wright shared that Bieber was “lovely” with both the staff and the bar’s customers. “He chatted to the bar staff like we were actually people, which a lot of people don’t seem to do,” she said.

The new video for “Bad Honey” comes about a month after Bieber released Swag II, featuring standouts like “Speed Demon,” “I Think You’re Special” with Tems, and “Love Song.” The singer is set to be one of the headliners at Coachella 2026, alongside Karol G, Anyma, and Sabrina Carpenter.

“Between headlining Coachella and the success of Swag, it’s clear this is the start of an exciting new era for Justin — one where he’s fully in the driver’s seat,” a source told Rolling Stone about Bieber’s era last month.
