Hot on the heels from his performances at conference All About Music’s digital edition earlier this year, Assam-bred singer-songwriter Klanjan is now out with a new music video for his charming track “Time.”
The musician explains that the song is about loving yourself. He says, “You have to make it happen and take the first step. There’s no other force that can do it for you.” Klanjan’s delicate acoustic guitar plucking along with his wistful vocals create a relaxing listen. The artist adds, “The song is in the narrative of life talking to me and comforting me in tough times.” The accompanying video for “Time” – shot by Mizoram’s Screenfarm Productions – features actress and model Kylie Khiangte portraying self-love through symbolism in the clip while she wanders across beautiful landscapes.
The singer-songwriter is currently working on more music and experimenting with his sound. Klanjan’s goal is to create art that is beautiful, peaceful and serene to empower his listeners to be better versions of themselves. He says, “I want them to just feel good, do good and love more.”
