From hip-hop, pop rock and electronica, here are tunes to soundtrack your parties from Ritviz, Aarya and more

Last year, Bacardi House Party Sessions ran a talent hunt for musicians across the country to produce the ultimate house party anthem hosted by comedy collective All India Bakchod (AIB) and desi bass king Nucleya. After receiving over 2500 entries, the top four artists shortlisted included Pune DJ and producer Ritviz, New Delhi electronica artist Mojojojo, Mumbai singer-songwriter Aarya and hip-hop artist Babu Haabi.
Not only did the artists selected have the opportunity to have their tracks played on AIB’s YouTube channel, but they also had a music video produced by Bacardi for them too. The good news didn’t stop there however; the musicians were also given slots to perform at music festival Bacardi NH7 Weekender 2017.

The winning song selected was the honeyed electronica track “Udd Gaye” by Pune DJ Ritviz. The musician delivers a melodic yet groovy tune filled with samples, sturdy vocals and a strong synth component. Upon release, “Udd Gaye” went on to become the fourth trending track across all genres on Apple Music.
Running out of tunes to keep your house party pumping? Look no further than New Delhi electronica artist Mojojojo’s intense “Chak Bass” featuring Mohali hip-hopper Sikander Kahlon. The banging track contains fiery verses by Kahlon, a sick beat and a monstrous drop.
Young Mumbai singer-songwriter Aarya ”“ who released his debut EP One Year, One House last year ”“ showcases his signature breezy pop sound on “No Game.” The track opens with a smooth acoustic guitar riff and the musician’s soft but silky vocals. The song eventually builds up only to switch back to a superbly produced arrangement of somberness during the chorus.
On “Kutta Hee Hoon Na” rapper and producer Babu Haabi displays his aggressive vocal delivery over Punjabi style music combined with electronic beats and synth parts. Haabi won the Radio Mirchi Gold Disk in 2016 for the most played song of the year, “Chitta Ve” from the drama film Udta Punjab.
