The Mumbai alt rock band is streaming their entire new album on SoundCloud
Big Big Joke, the second album from Mumbai alt rock band Tough on Tobacco is now up for full streaming, from the single-worthy album opener “Do What You Gotta Do” to the ballad rock “Love Love Love,” and “Nice,” a fuzzier pop rock song which contains frontman Sidd Coutto’s wisdom about kindness.
The album also has a second part, or rather part one, since Coutto told ROLLING STONE Â that the album’s second part was released first, and the part one is slated to release in October this year. “Both albums move around pop rock but they vary in terms of mood, and involve a lot of genre-jumping,” says Coutto.
The remainder of the Big Big Tour for Tough on Tobacco includes performances at High Spirits, Pune on May 31st, 2013, followed by a set at fortnightly gig BOMB Thursdays, alongside Kolkata post-hardcore band Tint, Mumbai alt rock band Spook and singer-songwriter Adam Avil on June 6th, 2013.
