Rock legend Sting, pop artists Jonas Brothers, Halsey, pop-rock band OneRepublic, singer-songwriter Lauv, rock band Keane and more will make their way to India for Lollapalooza India 2024, held on January 27th and 28th at Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai.

The international lineup for the second edition of the festival also features the return of U.K. act Jungle, plus rock duo Royal Blood, hip-hop experimentalist JPEGMAFIA, Korean-American musician Eric Nam, South Korean rock band The Rose, electronic artists such as Malaa, Caribou, Meduza, hip-hop DJ-producer Kenny Beats and Malian singer-songwriter Fatoumata Diawara. Indian-origin sitarist and composer Anoushka Shankar also returns to India as part of Lollapalooza India.

OneRepublic, for their part, played a headline solo show in 2018 in Mumbai and delivered hits like “Stop and Stare.”  Sting, the bassist-singer and composer known for his work with seminal act The Police (who played in India in 1980) and songs like “Desert Rose,” will return to India for Lollapalooza.

As far as India returnees go, Lollapalooza also brings back Fatoumata Diawara — who last visited India in November 2014 — and Jungle, who performed in 2019. Lauv too comes back to India for a third time, last visiting Mumbai in 2019 and previously in 2017, where he opened for pop star Ed Sheeran.

The second edition of the international music festival also includes Indian artists such as singer-producer Komorebi, JBabe, The Raghu Dixit Project, a curated set by beatsmith Karan Kanchan, hip-hop artist Prabh Deep, DJ-producer Dualist Inquiry, folk-indie favorites When Chai Met Toast, Israeli act Garden City Movement, Kashmiri rock band Parvaaz, Kolkata dream-pop duo Parekh & Singh, Chennai rockers Skrat, singer-songwriter Kamakshi Khanna and more.

Across four stages, indie acts include Carnatic jazz act Jatayu, shoegaze/new wave and post-punk act Long Distances and Shillong reggae act Dewdrops, plus singer-songwriters Shashwat Bulusu and Megan Murray. Indian DJ-producers such as Chrms, Stalvart John, Sublime Sound and Monophonik round out the lineup.

Tickets are currently selling from ₹10,999 onwards for general admission to the festival, with Lolla Lounge and Nexa Lounge packages also on sale, with the price going all the way up to ₹49,999. Perks for the lounge experience include a separate viewing deck, transport and complimentary snacks and drinks.
