Brit rockers drop the bass in this preview clip

Brit rockers Muse will release The 2nd Law in September, their first studio album since 2009’s The Resistance. In this video preview, Muse adopts a dubstep sound that’s become quite popular since their last record. The clip builds slowly, with a montage of political, social and economic paranoia and a fake announcer “reporting” that the world’s energy supply has been depleted. Once she breaks the news, Muse drops the bass, unexpectedly turning the preview into a robot-led dubstep throwdown.
