No, this is (thankfully) not one of those practical jokes where we tell you there’s a music festival happening and you buy tickets for it and show up on the day only to realize you’ve been fooled. Bira 91’s April Fools’ Fest is real and the second edition of the event is slated to take place between March 30th-31st at New Delhi’s NSIC Grounds in Okhla.

The lineup for the festival features heavy hitters such as rappers Naezy and Prabh Deep (performing with a live band, The One Eight Project), Indo-American hip-hop artist Raja Kumari, Mumbai-based trap and dancehall selector DJ SA, electro-pop artist Monica Dogra and more. Apart from music the festival will also feature comedians such as Kaneez Surka, Kunal Kamra, Aadar Malik and Rohan Joshi, among others.

Attendees can also take part in “Kommune Hour” at the festival ”“ which is 60 minutes of storytelling ”“ conducted by comic Kautuk Srivastava and filmmaker Shikhar Kamat. Also on show will be installations on cricket adding to Bira’s association with the International Cricket Council (ICC), theater artists walking around the festival premises and more.
