Andi Star – “Hey Rockstar”

The latest single from Mumbai-based pop singer-songwriter Andi Star comes in the shape of the pop-rock track “Hey Rockstar.” The track features jangly strummed guitars, the artist’s velvety vocals and more. With a cutesy and romantic video accompanying the track, the artist said in a statement, “The song describes falling in love with someone and crushing hard on them, which ultimately may not work out.”

Dev Mehta – “You’re Alright”

Vadodara-bred and Mumbai-based singer-songwriter Dev Mehta is now out with his breezy debut single entitled “You’re Alright.” The optimistic song includes indie-pop elements, acoustic guitar strums as well as Mehta’s refreshing singing. In a statement, he said, “’You’re Alright’ is a song written for the listener. It narrates from the point of view of different characters who share their experiences and the common wisdom that they have all learned which is that despite all the hardships, in the end, you’re alright.”

philterSoup x Karshni – “Long Gone”

Pune-bred singer-songwriter Karshni collaborates with electronic music producer Sanjay Das aka philterSoup on the hypnotic “Long Gone.” The new song features Karshni’s mature songwriting and mellifluous vocals while philterSoup builds a wide sonic canvas filled with dancey yet melancholic soundscapes for the track. In a statement, the artists said, “The track delves into the depths of lost connections and shattered plans, embracing the ceaseless quest for happiness.”

Shachi Shetty – “YOU”

Mumbai-based singer-songwriter Shachi Shetty recently released her newest offering, the R&B laced “YOU.” Through the song, Shetty’s raspy vocals shine as she swerves between belting crisp notes to also jumping into her slick rap skills. In a statement, she said, “It’s a sensual and lustful song, where the woman is trying to playfully attract the attention of her potential lover.

Bønehead – Elektrømagnetik

New Delhi-based DJ and producer Bønehead’s new four-track EP Elektrømagnetik is a fierce record that explores dynamic rhythms and heavy basslines while he also dabbles in techno, drum and bass as well as club sounds.
