Jordan Johnson feat. Ditty — “Alice & I”

On his latest single, the delicate “Alice & I,” Mussoorie-based singer-songwriter Jordan Johnson calls upon New Delhi-bred singer-songwriter Aditi Veena aka Ditty to feature on the song. The track includes poignant acoustic guitar strumming while both Johnson and Ditty’s vocal parts shine throughout the song. In a statement, Johnson said, “I wrote ‘Alice & I’ in a place where time stood still. My wife and I twiddled our thumbs, waiting for the next big thing to happen. It was in this place that I realized just how uncomfortable I was with doing nothing. I was restless in a place where I was meant to be getting rest.”

No Neighbours Around – “Back to You”

Bengaluru alt-rockers No Neighbours Around are back with their sophomore single in the shape of the crunchy “Back to You.” The song features distorted guitar riffs, steely vocals, punchy drums and bass parts, and a lot of attitude. In a statement, the band said, “The song is a time capsule that takes one back to the band’s college days, a simpler time fuelled by angst.”
