Music festival NH7 Weekender has announced day-long editions in three cities taking place in March, with headliners including singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad, rap duo Seedhe Maut, folk-fusion band Euphoria, veteran singer Usha Uthup and more.

After a last-minute law and order issue forced them to cancel their 15th edition on home ground in Pune in December 2024, NH7 Weekender is bouncing back. A more straightforward iteration travels to Jaipur on Mar. 28, Indore on Mar. 29 and Noida, Delhi NCR on Mar. 29 as well.

The Jaipur edition of NH7 Weekender – taking place at Zee Studios – brings in the city’s very own singer-songwriter Kuhad, plus pop artist Akshath, Bengaluru-based singer-songwriter Frizzell D’Souza and Jaipur-based singer-songwriter and producer Manan Mehta.

Over at Indore, the festival brings in Euphoria and Usha Uthup, plus fusion act The Western Ghats and singer-songwriter Tanya Sojatia. The Delhi NCR edition in Noida takes place on the same day, but with a hip-hop-heavy lineup – Seedhe Maut’s Encore ABJ and Calm will be joined by New Delhi-based artist Chaar Diwaari, India-based Nigerian rapper Yung Sammy and DJ-producer Dr. Psych.

The festival’s parent company Nodwin Gaming’s co-founder and managing director Akshat Rathee says in a statement, “Entering these markets is in line with our larger vision of extending the NH7 experience to the community across the country. This year’s festival features an incredible lineup, including Indian hip-hop pioneers Seedhe Maut, singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad, Indian music legends Euphoria, and the iconic Usha Uthup. Whether singing along, discovering new artists, or simply enjoying the vibe, this event enhances the spirit of togetherness, making every moment truly special for our community.”

Previously in December, NH7 Weekender scrapped its two-day edition on the same day it was supposed to kick off due to permission issues, raising serious concerns about the festival’s viability in the face of moral policing by local political outfits. That edition included the festival’s currently announced artists (although now in different cities) like Uthup, Chaar Diwaari, Akshath, The Western Ghats and Yung Sammy. International acts included British artist Jorja Smith, multi-instrumentalist Youngr, Japanese metal band Asterism and more.
