#NowListening with Subir Malik

Parikrama’s keyboardist shares some of his favorite music that he’s got on loop right now by artists such as Greta Van Fleet, Rage Against the Machine and more

Published by

Greta Van Fleet ”“ “Highway Tune”

Greta Van Fleet absolutely reminds me of a very young Led Zeppelin, really powerful and raw. I am loving this song.

Jethro Tull ”“ Thick as a Brick

I would place this as an absolute masterpiece, rediscovered this after a while. It is an absolutely legendary treat, also what they did to mix and produce this album, way back then, I cannot even imagine.

Dastaan ”“ “Lost in the Dunes”

I discovered this new band, and this song is one of those “goose bumps” kind of tracks. What a brilliant mix of music and poetry and what a powerful narration on top. It is simply amazing.

Listen here.

Rage Against the Machine ”“ “Guerrilla Radio”

One of the best songs! It is the first song I play on my 4:00 am drive up to the hills.

Menwhopause ”“ “Easy”

A beautiful song and I loved this from the first go.
