Orwell, Kerouac And Capote in Bowie’s Reading List

David Bowie is, a multimedia exhibition, currently being held in Ontario, Canada, celebrating the life and works of the British music and cultural icon unveils a new chapter this week. With more than 300 objects from Bowie’s personal archive, the focus this week is on his reading tastes.

Bowie’s Top 100 list of must-reads include Jack Kerouac, Truman Capote and Junot Diaz among others. The list has been revealed in a chronological order and not according to Bowie’s reading preference showing that his interests range from political history to psychology.
