The Collectiv, which included guitarist Warren ”˜Blackstratblues’ Mendonsa,  flautist Ajay Prasanna, drummer Jai Row Kavi, DJ Jayant aka Jitter and vocalists Shilpa Rao, Monali Thakur and Benny Dayal, fell into place when Kale began working on Coke Studio@MTV Season 2 earlier this year.
