PINKNOISE Looks to Release Live Concert DVD and New Album

The Kolkata based experimental outfit is gearing up to the DVD release of its full length concert performance of the Quirkwork project shot in Kolkata. The bonus features on the DVD were shot by drummer Jivraj Singh who also edited the film. The DVD is expected to be out by July this year. PINKNOISE is also ready to step into the studio to record the Diaspora project – which was released as an EP (The Dance of The Diaspora) last year – as an album. Of what vocalist Jayashree Singh suggests they hope to release the DVD and album as a double pack if possible. The band is also planning to take the Diaspora project on tour through all major cities in the country this year.
