Pitbull Files Countersuit Against Lindsay Lohan

Actress claims rapper defamed her character in hit song

Pitbull has filed a countersuit against Lindsay Lohan over a defamation lawsuit she filed against him The actress has accused the rapper of exploiting her name in his hit “Give Me Everything,” in which he says “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” Pitbull, who has already publicly apologized to Lohan for the rhyme and insisted that he meant no harm to her or her reputation, is now insisting that his lyric is justified by her multiple jail stints.

The rapper is also questioning whether Lohan is eligible to file a lawsuit in New York. Lohan, who claims to be a resident of Nassau County, New York, has been spending the majority of her time in California, where she is serving probation for her latest round of legal troubles. “In light of Ms. Lohan’s continuing obligations to the State of California, as well as the foregoing facts, Ms. Lohan is a citizen of California, not New York,” says Pitbull’s countersuit.
